Dimitris Tsingos
A technology entrepreneur and angel investor from Aspropyrgos, Greece, and founder & CEO of Starttech Ventures, a venture builder based in Athens. He leads portfolio companies including Epignosis and Yodeck, and previously served as President of AbZorba Games, acquired by Novomatic in 2015. Dimitris is deeply committed to entrepreneurship and efficient growth, applying methodologies like Lean Startup and Agile.
An active European federalist, he co-authored the 2017 Rome Manifesto and founded the “Together for Europe” movement. Since 2009, he’s been an angel investor and co-founded Greece’s first formal angel group, HeBAN. He has held prominent leadership roles in European entrepreneurial networks and was honored with fellowships including the Marshall Memorial and PSL – IHEIE.
Dimitris holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Crete and an MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business. His entrepreneurial ecosystem model guides Starttech’s innovation programs..

Dimitrios Kourtesis
A technology entrepreneur, software engineer, and angel investor based in Thessaloniki, Greece. He is the co-founder and managing partner of Ideas Forward, a venture studio that collaborates with organizations to develop sustainable solutions for planetary health and human well-being. With over 15 years of experience in software engineering and research, Dimitrios has co-founded startups such as CO2Path, a platform that enables logistics professionals to measure and report carbon emissions in freight operations. He is also involved in European standardization efforts, contributing to initiatives by the European Commission Directorate-General for Climate Action and the IEEE Standards Association
Emmanuel Chrysis
Certified accountant–tax advisor and dedicated life & executive coach based in Rhodes, Greece. With a professional career spanning since 1998 in public administration (South Aegean Region) and private language education, he holds degrees in Accounting–Taxation and a postgraduate credential in “New Forms of Education and Learning” from the University of the Aegean. Over the years, Manos has taught accounting, English, German, commercial applications, and IT at public vocational institutes, private language schools, and via 1:1 tuition. Following a personal transformation, he now guides clients toward holistic wellbeing—balancing emotional stability, financial clarity, and purposeful living—as the founder of ISTOS Life & Executive Coaching

A seasoned futurist, alpha investor, and venture builder with over 30 years of experience in M&A and strategic advisory roles. Based in the UK, he currently leads investment initiatives and business formation at SIF Ventures, identifying and nurturing high-growth, purpose-led startups. With a degree from Bosphorus University, Ferda leverages a strong analytical and forward thinking approach to support transformative ventures at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and social impact. Nikiforos Steiakakis
A dynamic executive, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Sustainable Food Destination Organization® (since 2021) and Chief Strategy Officer at Local Food Experts® (since 2022). He leads the transformation of food systems, promoting regenerative practices and strengthening locally rooted food economies. With expertise in organizational development, digital innovation, systems thinking, and partnership-building, he is committed to reshaping how communities produce, distribute, and value local food sources.
As a systems-thinking practitioner with deep expertise in process and systems design and optimization, he integrates awareness-based methodologies to develop effective action in complex environments and drive meaningful change. Mihalis Panagiotakis
Veteran information architect, journalist, and digital media strategist based in Greece. With a background in physics, he has over 20 years of experience in web development, corporate web projects, data analysis and digital research.
