Federalism is not a lost cause but a necessity. It offers the best solution to Europe’s crises, safeguarding democracy and sovereignty. By pooling resources and ensuring equitable governance, federalism provides a realistic, sustainable path toward unity and collective strength.
A European Federal Union could establish healthcare as a constitutional right, ensuring equitable, high-quality medical services for all Europeans. By centralizing resources, addressing inequalities, and fostering solidarity, it would create a resilient, efficient system prioritizing preventative care, crisis management, and affordability.
We propose a Federal Union constitution to clearly define governance and powers. Once ratified by a majority of EU states, it will ensure compliance and unity. Non-ratifying countries will associate closely. National parliaments must appoint delegates to draft this constitution
